Our Full House Wash includes cleaning your home's siding, fascia, soffits, and exterior windows. We remove dirt, algae, dust, and other exterior buildup to give your home a thorough top-to-bottom clean.
Do you pressure wash the entire house?
Not necessarily. We choose the appropriate cleaning method based on the surface and its condition. Depending on the material, we may use soft washing or pressure washing to effectively clean the exterior while avoiding unnecessary pressure.
What cleaning solution do you use?
We use professional-grade cleaning solutions, including sodium hypochlorite, when appropriate for the surface being cleaned. Sodium hypochlorite helps break down and eliminate organic growth such as algae, mold, mildew, and other biological buildup rather than simply washing it off with high pressure. This allows us to achieve a deeper clean while using less pressure on your home's exterior, helping keep surfaces cleaner for longer.
Will house washing damage my siding or paint?
Protecting your property is always a priority. Before cleaning, we assess the surfaces and choose the appropriate method and pressure for the material and condition of your home.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. As long as we have access to the exterior of your home and the areas being cleaned, you don't need to be home. We'll take care of the cleaning and let you know when the job is complete.
Should I remove anything before you arrive?
We recommend moving small items, decorations, and furniture away from the exterior walls before we arrive. We'll also work around larger items and areas that cannot be moved.
Can you remove algae and green buildup?
Yes. Our cleaning methods are designed to remove common organic buildup such as algae, dirt, and grime from exterior surfaces. Heavier or more established buildup may require additional treatment.
Do you clean the windows too?
Yes. Exterior windows are included with our Full House Wash. We use a professional water-fed pole system with purified water to clean the glass, frames, tracks, and sills.
Can you clean second-storey siding and windows?
Yes. Our professional equipment allows us to safely reach second-storey areas without needing to work directly from the roof.
