What does your fascia cleaning service include?
Our service includes cleaning the fascia, soffits, and the exterior and underside of your gutters. We remove dirt, algae, organic buildup, and staining to restore a cleaner appearance.
How do you clean the soffits?
We use a gentle soft-washing method on soffits rather than aggressive pressure washing. This allows us to remove dirt and organic buildup while minimizing the risk of forcing water into the soffit vents.
Will the cleaning remove black streaks from my gutters?
In many cases, yes. Black streaks and discoloration caused by dirt, algae, and organic buildup can often be significantly improved with professional cleaning. However, permanent staining, oxidation, or deteriorated finishes may not be completely removable.
Can you clean second-storey fascia and gutters?
Yes. We use professional extension poles and specialized equipment to reach both first- and second-storey areas that many homeowners cannot reach on their own.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
No. As long as we have access to the exterior of your home and the areas being cleaned, you don't need to be home. We'll take care of the cleaning and let you know when the job is complete.
