FAQ
What does gutter cleaning include?
We remove leaves, dirt, twigs, and other debris from your gutters, check and clear your downspouts, and clean up any debris around your property.
Do you have to walk on my roof?
No. We typically clean gutters using a ladder or professional extension poles with specialized equipment, allowing us to access many gutters without routinely walking on the roof.
Do you clean the downspouts?
Yes. Downspouts are included with our gutter-cleaning service. We check them for blockages and clear them where necessary to help ensure proper drainage.
Do you use a pressure washer to clean gutters?
For certain gutters and situations, we use specialized pressure-washing equipment and attachments to remove debris. We adjust the cleaning method based on the gutter, height, condition, and surrounding property.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas that need to be cleaned, you generally don't need to be home during the service.
What happens if I don't clean my gutters?
Clogged gutters and downspouts can cause water to overflow and drain where it shouldn't. Over time, this can contribute to damage around the fascia, soffits, siding, landscaping, and foundation.
Do you clean the outside of the gutters too?
Our standard gutter cleaning focuses on the inside of the gutters and downspouts. Exterior gutter cleaning—including dirt, algae, and staining on the visible surfaces—is included with our Fascia Cleaning service.
